We start the learning in the studio and the garden studio before we head out for a sunset session putting everything you learned into practice

Full Moon

Photograph the landscape under a 100% full moon at Mornington Pier - this is not about photographing a full moon - be prepared to be amazed by the photos you will take

This is personal, hands-on photography learning — just you and Derry, walking and talking your way through 4 hours across the beautiful Mornington Peninsula Hinterland or beaches (weather permitting).

Whether you're an absolute beginner who's never left Auto, someone with a few skills already under your belt, or an intermediate learner ready for a proper deep dive into your camera's settings, this session meets you exactly where you are.

Bring your own camera — whatever you've got, however confused you feel by it.

This is built entirely around you: your questions, your gear, your pace. No group to keep up with, no generic checklist — just real answers to what's actually been holding you back.
